Tesla’s stock is down 28% in one month due to plunging sales with core market China showing a (49%) YoY decline while Germany recorded a whopping (76%) YoY drop in February. Management also quietly shifted their tone from "20% to 30%" delivery growth to just a “return to growth” expected now, tempering investor expectations due to a persisting demand problem for Tesla.
