Bass used to be in Congress...and while there criticized Ted Cruz for flying his daughters to Cancun or someplace to get out of bad weather in Texas. Bass let him have it...of course, as a federal official Ted Cruz has ZERO role in any state response to, oh, anything.

Didn't work out for her as people asked her fly she as Mayor was in Ghana on a taxpayer funded trip while her city started burning down.
