Tex, Thank you for your thoughts. To be honest, my eyes glazed over when I got to the three full pages of potential risks (all listed in teensy tiny text).

Interesting comments from you on their ability or inability to protect their intellectual property rights. I'm not a patent attorney. I suspect they have an army of lawyers working on this.

I threw a few bucks at NPWR and will monitor. If it all works out as they outline this could be a significant company in the future - or not.

Successful completion and start up of the OXY-DAC plant appears to be the next big hurdle. That looks to be three years out.
