Not as harsh as our slammers, but it would have to do...

3000 ICE sent on a one-way trip to Elba.

They can swim their way back to the US via the Straits of Gibraltar. That would be generally swimming in a WESTERLY direction. ICE would be WAY TOO SCARED to swim EAST. FAR TOO MANY PEOPLE WITH REAL GUNS--and more--and NOT AFRAID TO USE THEM. ICE FEARS FACING ARMED OPPOSITION NOT AFRAID TO SHOOT BACK.

And then ICE would face the Palestinians. Lebanon. Egypt.

What would ICE do vs Israelis? SURRENDER !!
