"They all had the format: 1. Here is problem. 2. Here is why the problem exists. 3. Here's how to fix the problem. Pretty effective, I thought. A couple of them went viral locally. We'll see if she can actually run the place or not, but she doesn't have a ton of time to learn the ropes."

I don't know about Seattle but I expect the mayor-elect in NYC will be spending a lot of time fighting entrenched bureaucrats that were hired by previous mayors.
