Could not be too.

Maybe they are taking over surveillance and logistical jobs, freeing CBP to do the actual arresting of would be border runners.

Maybe they will help with operating the detention centers what are being used to hold immigrants instead of the old failed catch and release and disappear program.

Maybe Trump meant it that he would close the border and the majority of us voted for enthusiastically.

What sounds more likely?

More likely? That they build the wall and detention centers and bring in more troops as required for this National Emergency. I don't know how long it will take for the cases against it to get to the Supremes, who likely won't support the emergency - then they go home. So Mike, what do you think will be the process when an illegal comes across the border and claims asylum?
