" My Final Call
Today, Berkshire Hathaway offers an interesting investment opportunity to buy a diversified holding with a strong book of business, highly profitable segments and a record cash position at a valuation more in line with stagnant conditions than a growth profile.

My DCF and SOTP models suggest that the intrinsic value of the stock could be between $500 and $535, with fair value slightly below the current market price even in the most pessimistic scenario. Strong cash flow, robust insurance premiums, a monopoly position in railroads, and regulated high-margin utilities provide a safety margin against external shocks, from hurricanes to macro pressures to legislative changes.

The key to continued growth lies in whether management, led by Greg Abel, demonstrates the ability to effectively deploy more than $200 billion of excess cash (buybacks, acquisitions, or dividends) to close the current "Buffett discount". My position is therefore to accumulate BRK.B at around $480, with a target level of $535 (11% upside), and a potential of over $600 (25% upside) over a 12-18 month horizon, with the successful triggering of some of the catalysts."

" Introduction of a symbolic quarterly dividend
A first dividend payment, even of a few tens of cents per share, would signal stability and reliability of cash flow. For example, if Berkshire introduced a dividend of $0.10 per quarter ($0.40 per year), at the current price of around $480, the dividend yield would be roughly 0.1%, but more importantly, it would broaden the pool of institutional and retail investors who prefer dividend payments."

With a commitment to increase the div annually for the next ten years. Just sayin.
