The multiplier effect will cause a substantial reduction of vaccine usage. Herd immunity will fade away. Epidemics long since resolved will return. Children will no longer be safe from debilitating disease in school (or from mass shooting) Thousands of people will become infected and thousands more will die from easily preventable diseases.

We can no longer take for granted that the people at the next table, behind us in the theater, behind us in line at the grocery, next to us in the produce section, are not teeming with a host of resurgent virus making America sick again..
