It has some action and the best way to increase momentum is to start posting there with posts of significant insight/interest/length to start producing recommendations, and others will follow your lead. A useful heuristic for creating a valued post is start by writing the post to a friend as an long email, then copy-paste it and use that as your Shrewd'm post - you often find that your state of mind whilst writing to someone in particular is actually the most interesting when ready by the public. Buffett's early letters were written in this way, and I expect he performed this mental step to make his (then very public) letters still interesting/valuable is later years.
