For over ten years, Berkshire has noted in its Proxy Statements that it seeks directors having the following attributes: "very high integrity, business savvy, an owner-oriented attitude and a deep genuine interest in Berkshire."

In its Proxy Statement filed yesterday afternoon, it added an additional attribute: "and have had a significant investment in Berkshire shares relative to their resources for at least three years." (See Proxy, P.2)

Ignoring the integrity and savvy attributes, I think I qualify and may apply.
