I don't think you have far to fall in overgeneralizing.
Being generous, border policy is one thing that seems "successful" on the surface, although that's been ruined by the way enforcement has been done and, of course, the ICE fishing going on within the country's borders. Otherwise, his so-called successes nearly all have caveats and are usually successful based only on one's ideology. The majority of his efforts remain downright crappy.
