A. historically, when given every chance to run his mouth FOR THE LEGAL RECORD, defendant trump is unresponsive. whenever previously COMPELLED to testify as a defendant, out come monosyllabic mumbles.
B. trump goes with an excuse stupid enough for both him and his cult to genuinely believe ~ 'the gag order prevents me from testifying'.

the only thing more obvious re:chickensh!+ would be something along the lines of a throbbing shin-ache.
at least he got the GOP 'Band of Nosers' to NYC for making a scripted case for his presidential qualifications whether guilty verdict or not.

(if trump is ever in court again for the more serious cases, be on the lookout for a prop cane or wheelchair, prop oxygen tank and IV, and makeup artist put on leave)
