It appears Israel is capable of killing 1 or 2 terrorists without any collateral damage when they set their minds to it.

...it turns out that Haniyeh was killed by an explosive that Israel planted in the guesthouse of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard compound two months ago.

Which is an amazing failure on the part of the Guards' security, and quite an accomplishment for the Israeli forces to do that - but not something that's easily replicable to go after other targets.
