Valuation, model was looking at 11x on Revenue and 31x on earnings, or a range of $400-$420, the stock closed at $395 but was up over $415 after the announcement.

Looking forward roughly 12 months we might expect a stock in the $450-$465 range if history is any guide. (note: The floor price might be considered roughly 20% below that $450 level or $360 per share).

Trading above $467 now, which is an ATH... I wouldn't expect big returns from here in the next 12 months...
