Khashoggi was murdered during the Felon's first administration. Not sure if before or after the glowing orb thing with the Felon. We should have slapped sanctions on them, and those sanctions should still be in place. Even if we were dependent on their oil (which we aren't...we're a net exporter, and have been for years).
I don't think Biden should have met with them. They are a savage and oppressive regime.
Zelensky is soliciting help from wherever he can get it. It would be better if he could rely on us for it, and then he wouldn't have to deal with the Saudis.

Sure, there is partisanism on both sides. Pretty sure the progressive wing of the Dems was against working with MBS. Frankly, so am I. He crossed a line, and -IMHO- we should punish them for that. Not that I've ever been fond of the Saudis, especially since I learned about their spreading extremism through madrassas-es since before 9/11. But I can't speak for all liberal people. IMHO, we don't need him, and don't have to work with him in any way.**
