This is a long shot but are there any federal retirees that go to the Mayo Clinic, preferably in Arizona ? If so what insurance do you have?

Mayo said we would have to call our plan to see if it is covered but during open season we have quite a few plans available to us and calling each one is going to take some time.

That's very specific. You'll probably have to search each plan for "Mayo clinic". Or a doctor's name. I went through the exchanges, and they allowed me to enter facilities and doctors, and then displayed all of my available plans, and whether those doctors and facilities were included (either a green check, or a red x). So I only had to enter it once, and then scroll through to see which ones had the most green checks, and then click on that to get details.

Probably not very helpful...
