The request, which the White House has not submitted to Congress, is already encountering some resistance.

A few days ago, Emperor Trump said he would not sign anything Congress passes, until Congress passes the SAVE Act, to enable his theft of this fall's election.

But now he wants more money for his made up war.

This could get interesting.

Oh no. Silly me. He is Emperor Trump, the Great and Powerful. He will defund other departments, to fund his war, on his own.
