Albaby will probably love this. It could have been a simple, dry ruling. But it wasn't. The judge made numerous comments that he didn't have to, making the point that the administration is effing-up.

And then there is that pesky inconvenience called the Fourth Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and persons or things to be seized.

U.S. CONST. amend. IV.

Civics lesson to the government: Administrative warrants issued by the executive branch to itself do not pass probable cause muster.

Twenty years ago, I was frequently posting excerpt from the Constitution and Bill of Rights, illustrating how the Bush junta was acting illegally. The Bush junta didn't care about the law either.

Yup this judge was complete loon, and now the 5 year old is free to again be abused, neglected by his parents, and trafficked.
