Those people were almost certainly not enrolled in Medicaid, and almost certainly did not receive any funds from the program for their treatment.

Other than some of the line items on there, but whatever.
The point(s) are:
-Health care dollars are scare
-Illegal aliens consume a fair amount of them
-It's high time to end that practice

The debate will of course focus on what Monsters All The Republicans Are (what else is new) instead of answering the pertinent question: How can we have a robust enough guest worker program such that we don't have anybody living in the shadows anymore?
