This should work for sure. I went about it in a different way: as you vote the proxy ballot, there’s an option for requesting paper copies. Got the report and the usual meeting credential request card a few days later. The credentials came within a week of my request.

Oh btw, Buffett apparently is personally engaged in the credential mailing activity. He probably gleans much happiness and information about the ownership base through this activity. Similar to his teenage activity of counting Coca Cola bottle caps 😄
