AARP is just a front for insurance companies. It's not that UHC paid AARP a bribe, it's that AARP is trying to scam oldsters that think AARP is representing them.
When I compare prices for the different plans & companies in my area, theirs is always one of the highest prices.
Another trick they are doing right now is listing the price "includes a 17% discount for multi-family members on the same plan".
Tricky, you have to study and figure all these tricks out.
