I am looking to allocate some money overseas (non USA). Seems the rule of law is in question, valuations are sky high and the dollar is potentially vulnerable. The US has had a great run, but these factors make me want to diversify overseas. I see a potential turning point in the ratio of US to international.

How would you all suggest allocating internationally? Would the high ROE net cash concept work overseas? Any other ideas?

Taking a look at what's going on with European countries, they look much more risky than the USA.
Both economically and politically.

People jailed for liking twitter posts.
Manufacturing companies shutting down because energy (gas & electric) becoming too expensive.

However keep this quote in mind:

There are similar if not worse repressive situations in US. This post does not need to devolve into a political discussion.

Invest in the US or internationally, I personally think there are more opportunities abroad than domestically and want to open a discussion on this.
