companies. Djt traded 8.7 million shares Friday and closed at 41.50. Let’s just say the buyers don’t figure to be anticipating generous dividends any time soon, to be kind. 🥲🥲I can’t recall if a public company has an obligation to disclose , via an 8k filing, when the SEC declares the S1 filing becomes, effective, meaning, the restricted shares and warrants are now freely tradable? I’m going to call the company Monday to see what the current regs are? 🍿. Anyway, what if Hunter and his pals acquire controlling interest in a blind pool or Spac next week and rename it , worldwide financial ventures? Can Liz Warren see how dangerous this is ? We need new legislation asap to deal with this issue. ☮️🍿
