Only a dumbass would think that the resulting popular backlash against the fascist tendencies of the administration is an example that the fascist tendencies do not exist.
If you actually had a clue, you would realize that if the fascist tendencies of the administration did not exist, Kimmel would have never been off the air in the first place.

Lord Trump experienced severe testicular shrinkage when "Lyin' Ted" waved the Constitution at him. Trump promptly whispered instructions to his consiglieri to take care of it... ABC/Disney then got the call from said consiglieri advising that Kimmel must be re-hired pending further instruction.
