When thinking about index investing, a good strategy may be to consider
increasing your participation during heightened periods of market fear.

The CNN website has an interesting page known has the Fear & Greed Index:

It is interesting to contrast the index value today vs. one year ago.

Just posted on the macro board; last night the Fear and Greed reached 71, which is a 12 month high.
