Again, the evidence is only that there were too few instances of specific types of ballot fraud (false voters, people voting twice, etc.) to possibly affect the outcome of the election. But the GOP base labels many other aspects of the 2020 election as fraudulent, primarily changes to the rules under which the elections were conducted. Their counterfactual belief is that had the Democrats not changed the rules in order to address COVID, Trump would have won handily. That can't be proven or disproven, so there's no real evidence (overwhelming or otherwise) to really refute that.
