Great article. I think Trump is just testing the waters right now by making all kinds of crazy threats at other countries.
The general response he is getting is "Pointing back, laughing, Ha, Ha, Yeah, that is a good one". Nobody appears to be taking him seriously. I suspect they are putting plans in place, just in case Trump does something crazy that also significantly damages the US.
