Fourth - With each election, a greater fraction of those 20 million will have completed the "earned pathway" process, become citizens and most important become reliable democrat voters, inevitably leading to one party rule that cannot be escaped.

It is a problem isn't it? How can you get new citizens to vote for you after you vilify and demonize them? Don't worry Trump can do it. He's the absolute best at getting freshly demonized American citizens to vote for him. They love him.
