I remember saying that if 80% of the cases were decided favorably to blue that we would be OK. So we decidedly are not OK, and the USSC is a bomb.
Next, they'll issue a shadow docket decision that ICE doesn't need warrants, can enter at will onto private property, and can ignore proof of US citizenship until the person gets out of CECOT. What a country!
