...turns out there is additional video evidence that was released last night by the NYPD that appears to conflict with police accounts of their initial interaction with a group of migrants that quickly escalated into a melee that triggered nationwide outrage.
Officer body camera videos and surveillance footage show Brito was originally standing with the other men around a concrete traffic bollard at the edge of the sidewalk outside of a migrant shelter as people walked by them unhindered.
A police officer then approaches Brito, swatting his jacket with his hand and saying “Let’s go. Vamos.” The men walk away and and Brito follows them, stopping to rearrange something in a baby carriage that appears to be holding his possessions.
Moments later, one of the officers grabs Brito by his collar and rams him up against the wall of the adjacent building. As Brito struggles with the officer, the group of men who had been walking away return and start yelling at the police. After Brito tumbles to the ground, an officer on top of him, several other men take turns kicking the officers and grabbing them in an attempt to free Brito. Brito was indicted earlier in the week and is being held on Rikers. Another of the five other men who have been charged remains in custody and a sixth is still under investigation.

Second, The City is simply making available to readers the footage released late last night by the NYPD which adds new information to the event. What was inaccurate in its reporting?
The videos were from police bodycams. And they show that there was more to the story than initially reported by the police and that's it's possible the police overreacted. The men have been arrested, two are still in custody, the others evidently have not fled New York, and that's about it.

The Officer did not know what the illegal was rummaging for in the baby buggy..
The point is the illegals should have mind their P’s & Q’s, shut up and walk away, same as any New Yorker has the sense to do and not gang attack the Officer.
Then later having the nerve after being let go gave America the finger while on the tax payer dole funded free everything.
