ICE officers are trained to never approach a vehicle from the front and instead to approach in a “tactical L” 90-degree angle to prevent injury or cross-fire, a senior Department of Homeland Security official told NBC News.
Officers are also instructed not to shoot at a moving vehicle and only to use force if there is an immediate risk of serious injury or death, the official said.

I do remember you splooging yourselves and declaring the incompetent officer who shot her a true American hero.
As is the ICE agent who Ms. Renee Nicole Good's vehicle ran into the bullets of.
I think the U.S. Government should sue the estate of Ms. Good for the cost of the three bullets as well as the officer's psychological distress.
This never would have happened if Ms. Good had stayed home that day and washed the dishes or cleaned toilets or something.
