Trump says, "Because I can't trust your "science" advice when it is wrong, and then adds, much to the science guys surprise, "10,000 is wrong and a 9.2 quake is actually over 25,118 times more powerful than a 4.8. The science advisor leaves the room mumbling if I had only studied math instead of CRT.

If powerful means power, I don't think earthquakes are measured as power. If powerful means difference in energy release, then I think the energy is approximately 4,000,000 times greater for the 9.2 quake. Ratio of energy release = 31.6^(9.2-4.8)
