how very few of the SOS picks show up on the other MI screening report from sipro data or whatever it is.

VL picks (or used to pick, if anyone actually still works there) a defined universe first. Very few small caps are/were in it, which is the playground of SIPro. It's (or was) a mega-, large- and mid-cap focused universe.
