RFK is small potatoes. Sure, he's the son of one of the Kennedy wunderkinde (Joe, John, Robert). So what.

I saw a documentary on him recently (either Frontline or VICE, most likely...don't remember which now), and he is duplicitous. When he addresses one audience, he says one thing. A different audience (or TV/podcast interview), he says the exact opposite. Not just trying to "fudge", but two completely incompatible positions. He can't have both positions.

He lost me the first time he railed against vaccines. That tells me he is illiterate about many things, even while he claims that he will change his mind if you give him evidence. There's lots of evidence for vaccines (e.g. polio is almost non-existent in the US, as is smallpox). Just as one example.

Basically, he's an idiot. I suspect his followers will split between Harris and the convict. The anti-vaxxers and conspiracy nuts will gravitate towards the convict, and the ones who believed Jr regarding some of his other policies will go towards Harris. He already has a tiny minority (~5%), so if that splits relatively evenly, then the numbers are within statistical error for the two main candidates. Big deal.
