How is any of this “woke”?
The tradecraft of espionage has been around for thousands of years. Nations/kingdoms have been spying on their friends just as long.

If the defense appropriation bill, with section 224 intact, breezes through Congress with the same overwhelming, bipartisan, support, it received in the House committee, the Israelis won't need to spy on the DoD any more, as they will have full access to DoD data and networks.

Many times Republicans label lib reals as 'Woke" when liberals shout 'racism' at what might be blunt but honest critique. OR Liberals get called "woke" if they -- might sometimes take certain offenses more lightly depending on the perpetrator and victim.
Likewise --- IF people ay "hey, why the eff so we do all this for Israel and how much death and mayhem on our side is worth it. And why does Israel get away with this stuff"......NeoCons shout.... "Anti Semite!!!!!"

But hey, as long as their spying some how indirectly benefits Russia ---I'll be happy. And if the beneficiary is indirectly China -- you'll be happy :)
