Interesting vid about what's been happening since online betting was made legal.

This sort of thing will destroy sports. No great loss for me (I have almost no interest in sports), but from a cultural standpoint, it would be HUGE. I suspect this may drive bans on gambling. Eventually. I also don't gamble.

Not even close. Govt relies too much on these VOLUNTARY taxes paid in cash to cut it off.

The only bet I'm tempted to make is one I heard about where you can bet that Jesus will return to Earth this year. That's as close to a sure thing as I can think of that it won't happen.

Otherwise, as a former coworker said to me once, "I work too hard for my money to give it away". Odds always favor the house (unless you're the Felon, in which case "the house" goes bankrupt (as it did in Atlantic City).
