Here's the thing: if you get immunity from vaccine you don't run the risks you run if you cavalierly shun vaccine to get your immunity from contracting Covid19. You may think your Covid19 was just the sniffles but....

An example is a patient in his 40s who my husband tested today before he begins cardiac rehab. My husband does CPET (cardio-pulmonary exercise testing) evaluations, and this guy was tested today to determine his starting exercise level. What has brought him to cardiac rehab at such a young age? He recently had a heart transplant, the result of covid-caused irreparable damage to his heart.

There's a host of problems coming from Covid 19. It can actually hurt immunity by attacking the immune system and interfere with replicating T cells and cause T cell death.

Right. We're both counting the two doses of the primary "series" separately, which I believe is appropriate since some people failed to get the second dose, yet still got one or more boosters. At least I think that's not prohibited. Probably sano is counting the two doses of the primary series as one.
