Here, in this stabilized video it becomes clear that the man in the gray coat removes the victim's (Alex's) gun while another ICE agent watches, who then pulls his own gun, and (after Alex's gun was removed from the scene) shoots Alex in the back.
A doctor who was the first to attend Alex signed an affidavit that Alex was shot at least three times in the back.

Funny thing I noticed on the late local NBC affiliate "news" last night. First, they blathered about SEVERE WEATHER, then they asked local Detroiters what they thought of the SEVERE WEATHER, then they did an update on a nut who was in a shootout with police, than an update on a nut who ran his car into the passenger terminal at the airport, then a promotional piece for SNL, then the weather and sports reports. I did not see a word about what was going on in Minneapolis. At midnight, the Beeb, on a streaming channel, lead with Minneapolis, then the SEVERE WEATHER.
