Berkshire Hathaway (NYSE:BRK.B) purchased approximately $106 million worth of Sirius XM Holdings (NASDAQ:SIRI) stock

I don't get it. Seems like a declining business that will remain a cash cow for a good number of years. But still declining. Any ideas?
