China has published baselines for a contested shoal in the South China Sea it seized from the Philippines, a move that's likely to increase tensions over overlapping territorial claims.

They continue to reject the 2016 ruling, and are getting more aggressive. However, it may not come down to a shooting war now because the convict won't care, and likely won't honor our 1951 treaty with the Philippines. Which from a global power and economics standpoint would be a catastrophic mistake.

That's the plan. He's already bought up a lot of real estate in Manilla and is looking to sell it to the ChiComs on the cheap. That way he profits.
