Anyone else in the same boat?

Yes. The repeal effort failed in 2017. It was gut-wrenching to watch.

This time, who knows? Nothing Trump has said can be trusted. Vance and Johnson both expressed a desire for another go at it, and I expect they will try.

The alternative will likely have lower or no subsidies but much higher HSA limits. More of a pay to play idea. For my family, as long as we can buy catastrophic insurance and pay insurance company rates (or less) for service, I think we'll be OK. Many others, not so much.
