Subject: Re: Old Fashion Pancakes
I can relate. I have 11 grand children and I am not one to disappoint a family breakfast get-together at our home. One thing to note when preparing this, Sifting the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar together and to use melted (real) butter when asked, is mission critical.
I have a large outdoor griddle that makes it easy for me to prepare a variety of foods for all occasions at the same time and in a timely manner.
For this, I make the hash browns, sausages and bacon first. Clean griddle off, then cook the eggs and pancakes last.
Yummy, that right there is some gooooood groceries!!!
