Subject: birth-right citizenship
Courts still have some sanity left. I'm speaking in terms of legality. If the law said that a person born of illegal immigrant parents on US soil was not a citizen, I'd be OK with that. But that's not what it says in the Constitution. Until that is amended, persons born on US soil are citizens. Except for foreign soldiers on US soil, as they are not subject to the jurisdiction of the US government (since they would be an invading military force).
