First of all, who is Max Olson, and how would he know?

Max Olson was the editor of 50 years of Warren's letters from 1965-2014. He has updated it now in a new book that expands it to 60 years covering 1965-2024. He said on X that he contacted Buffett (presumably to get permission to reprint the letters) and received confirmation from Buffett that 2024 was indeed his last letter to shareholders. Based on this info, we can expect Greg to pen the 2025 letter.
