The video featured Christian nationalist pastor Doug Wilson who preaches that "women shouldn't be able to vote." Hegseth is a member of a church that is part of Wilson's network, the Communion of Evangelical Churches.

That's consistent. The bible says that women shouldn't be clergy, or be allowed to speak in church at all. I believe that is somewhere in 1Cor.

So, of course they shouldn't vote, either. </sarcasm>
