There are terrible people in the world. They commit overt acts of violence against others.

Speaking your mind,IMO, regardless of whether I or society agrees with what you say, does not make you a terrible person.

No one on earth is so perfect that they don't occasionally say something that they would like to have back. Myself included.

I can conclusively say, from where I stand, that EM is not a terrible person.
