Does Emoluments clause allow President Elect Trump to continue part time work making fries and serving orders to drive-thru customers at McDonalds?

It's already settled law that You People will help enrich him via Mar o Lago and other Trump hotels that will be used to house Trump's security and also who knows, maybe RUSSIAN (Putin!) or SAUDI officials or even ISRAELI (Bibi!) officials will stay that these properties and that......is ok.

Then toss in the typical "Kushner" transactions that will again take place - also settled law that it's kosher to do that too.


So If you People are so Progressive and lenient on things like that, why not let the man earn some money with a "side hustle" as people have to call it in the Sheeple SP500 401K'er economy?
