Subject: Re: Taxes due next week!

In case anyone forgot, federal income tax is due next week. (Though it’s easy to get an extension, full tax must be paid on time or interest and penalties will be assessed on the balance.)

What we don't see anymore department: the 11pm local news doing a live report from the Post Office, about all the people lined up to mail their taxes, and the PO staying open to midnight to receive the envelopes and postmark them April 15. Now, the PO doesn't even guarantee your mail will be postmarked the day the PO receives it.
