Subject: Lee Zeldin to head the IRS
Another good pick. So far, so good.
Zeldin will have to navigate a number of thing, most notably the demise of the Chevron doctrine and the power of the regulatory state to make rules (absent formal legislation). Zeldin as a former legislator will have some ideas on what he would need from Congress since he won't just be able to create new things with the punching of a few keys on the keyboard.
Will be interesting to see who Trump picks to run the ATF, given they're also big on rulemaking.
