I just sold some of my loser stocks to take a position in PGR.

Buffett saying that it is #1 ahead of GEICO is a pretty strong recommendation.


Yahoo news just now came out with "Progressive Corporation (PGR) is currently experiencing robust growth, highlighted by a 6% increase in net premiums written and a 22% increase in net income."

I doubt that self-driving cars will be anything but an insignificant portion of cars for a long long time. If ever. So I'm not worried about what that may do to premiums.

Maybe I'll put in a GTC buy order for under $200.
